These earrings are a one of a kind. They are hand made black glass with a small dichroic leaf in the middle. The leaf is a beautiful and brilliant gold on a background of black glass. The have nickel free fish hook style ear wires. They are beautiful, and one of a kind.
These earrings are just stunning with the brilliant gold maple leaf in the middle and the star of the show. The leaf is made from super thin dichroic paper that reacts in the kiln to make a glitter type effect. Every time the paper is fired it turns out a little different so these earrings will not be replicated. The leaf is sandwiched between a clear and black piece of glass. This makes the dichroic paper react and gives it the brilliant color. The gold is so brilliant the pictures don't do it justice. There is a gold disk that is added to the top of the black and gold leaf square. To finish off these earrings they are placed on nickel free standard fish hook ear wires.
These are hand made and designed by me in my in my home smoke free studio. Measurement's may vary slightly due to the organic nature of the glass and being hand measured, however I try to be as accurate as possible.
