Melted glass bottle spoon rest, small melted bottle, embossed melted bottle, geometric design embossed melted bottle, recycled melted glass bottle spoon rest or cutting board.
This cute bottle started its life as a 10 oz tonic water bottle. These cute glass bottles are cleaned and placed in a kiln on an embossing plate. This bottle was placed on a geometric design in diamonds with a circle in the middle. Or a square with a circle depending on how you hold the bottle. Due to the embossing, the top is not flat and smooth, but has some ripples in it. This bottle is unique in shape as it is not like a typical small wine bottle and it doesn't have a neck and melted wider than a typical wine bottle. These are small and so useful in many places in the house. Some of the uses are, individual cheese and cracker plates, cutting lemons/limes for the bar, wedding table decorations for candles, spoon rest, scrubby holder, K-cup holder, and soap dish for handmade soaps just to name a few ideas.
This is a real bottle that has been melted and measures:
length (from opening to base) 6"
width 3 3/4"
I recommend hand washing these beauties, but I do know people who place them on the top shelf of the dishwasher without an issue. Please do not place in the microwave.
I would love to see how you use this unique up cycled glass bottle. If you have a preference of which bottle you would like, please state in a message when you purchase.
